Jennifer brings extensive leadership experience in managing master-planned communities, condominiums, and urban residential properties. Since joining Grand Central Park in July 2024, she has focused on fostering a well-governed, vibrant community while supporting the long-term vision of one of the region’s premier master-planned developments.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has managed diverse communities ranging from a historic mid-rise in downtown Houston to a large resort-style master-planned community on Lake Livingston. Her experience includes working closely with boards of directors, homeowners, committees, and Municipal Management District partners to support strong governance, effective operations, and thoughtful community planning.
Jennifer has significant experience in board governance, budget oversight, and coordinating annual meetings and board elections. She is known for helping boards navigate important decisions with clarity and collaboration while maintaining transparency and communication with residents.
A strong believer in developing people as well as communities, Jennifer is passionate about mentoring team members and cultivating the next generation of community management professionals. Her leadership style is grounded in integrity, communication, and a commitment to creating environments where residents feel connected and proud to call their community home.
Outside of her professional role, Jennifer enjoys traveling, entertaining, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
Tina was born in Lubbock, Texas, but her family relocated to Houston when she was just four years old. Her academic journey led her to Cy-Fair High School, and she has been rooted in the Cypress/Woodlands area ever since. In 1992, Tina made the pivotal decision to pursue a career in Respiratory Therapy, successfully graduating in 1996. Her professional trajectory included roles at Ben Taub and Tomball Hospital, culminating in her retirement from Respiratory in 2016.
With two children and five grandchildren, Tina's family holds a special place in her heart. Her passion for working with people remains unwavering, making her enthusiastic about be a part of the Grand Central Park team.
Brianna McGee
Administrative Assistant
Brianna, who was born in Houston, enjoys exploring her hometown, which stretches from the South to the North Woodlands/Conroe area. She is proud to have recently been promoted to Administrative Assistant at Grand Central Park, where she has been a part-time employee since April 2024.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design, Brianna thrives on her passion for creativity. She enjoys weaving together art and innovation while striving to forge meaningful connections with those around her. When not immersed in her professional responsibilities, she dedicates her time to her artistic pursuits, including painting and drawing. Additionally, she revels in designing unique projects, diving into captivating books, and exploring the culinary scene by trying out new restaurants, always eager to discover new flavors and experiences.
Ciara McDade
Community Standards Coordinator
Ciara is from The Woodlands, Texas, and serves as our Community Standards Coordinator, bringing a strong attention to detail balanced with genuine empathy. She understands that compliance matters can sometimes feel stressful and is committed to working collaboratively with residents, approaching every situation with care, respect, and understanding.
Ciara views her role not simply as issuing violations, but as an opportunity to support the community and ensure residents feel seen, heard, and valued. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Texas State University—Go Bobcats!—and has been part of the property management industry for several years.
Outside of work, Ciara enjoys Pilates, reading a wide variety of books, and spending quality time with her husband and young daughter, who are truly the center of her world.

With a background as a lifestyle director for an active-adult community and years of volunteer experience through her children’s schools and the PTA, Loren brings a passion for fostering connections and building community spirit. Her career also includes work at several area country clubs, where she learned the value of creating opportunities for people to come together. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, reading historical fiction, spending time near the water, and being with her family, including her husband, their three grown children, and a pack of big dogs weighing a combined 250 pounds.
