Vision:
“We are a community, and the job of the Board is to understand the pulse and concerns of all residents. My goal is to make myself available, to listen, and to act on your behalf. Equally important is being truthful and transparent about what is achievable and what may not be. I also believe it is our responsibility to ensure Grand Central Park remains a community we are proud to call home.”

Focus:
“My initial focus will be gaining a strong understanding of the operations of the community. That will not happen overnight. Much like when I took command of a Group in Iraq, I understood the importance of learning the landscape early, so I arrived ahead of schedule to prepare and understand the operation. I plan to take the same approach here by focusing on the budget, contracts, and relationships with city offices and officials. As time goes on, my focus will continue to evolve based on resident input and the needs of the community.”
