A modification application must be completed and submitted for approval before any physical or structural changes to the exterior of your home can be made. Please submit your application with all the necessary information to help the committee decide. Please take a moment to ensure your request meets all rules and regulations prior to submission.

- Modification application signed and dated
- Processing fee - $50 check made payable to Grand Central Park RAI
- Copy of survey/plat of your lot to show the location of the improvement
- Photo examples or renderings of the improvement
- Other pertinent information regarding the improvement as required by the design guidelines
- FILL out SUBMIT application using the direct link below
